💳 How do I pay for my order?                       We process international payments securely using standard International Bank Transfers (SWIFT). When you reach the checkout screen, simply select "International Bank Transfer (USD)" as your payment method. You will not need to type your credit card details onto our website.

🏦 Where do I find the banking coordinates?The exact banking details—including our Alif Bank SWIFT code and our verified Uzbekistan Intermediary Bank coordinates—will appear directly on your screen the exact second you click "Complete Order."

📝 Why is there an Intermediary Bank in Uzbekistan listed?                                    Because our local financial system in Tajikistan routes international US Dollar (USD) transactions through trusted regional hubs, transfers must pass through the National Bank of Uzbekistan (SWIFT: NBFAUZ2X) to clear securely. This is standard safety compliance for global banking corridors.

⚠️ What should I put in the bank reference field?  You must type your unique Shopify Order Number into your online banking app’s "Memo," "Message to Recipient," or "Reference" field when submitting the wire. This allows our finance team to match your payment to your package instantly.

📦 When will my package ship?        International bank transfers typically take 2 to 5 business days to completely clear across borders. We hold your ordered items safely in our inventory and will process and ship your package the exact day the funds clear inside our Alif Bank portal.
